Something to keep in mind:
Amazon sells books and subscriptions to magazines devoted to animal fighting (see The Dog Pit, The Feathered Warrior, etc.). These books and magazines help advise people how to participate in this illegal and, by my standards, immoral activity. And, if that weren't enough, they also sell a book glorifying child molestation written by an admitted pedophile (see Viamund the Boy-Love Vampire). That's great that they quit selling the shark fin soup, but you might want to reconsider giving Amazon your money... at least until they start caring less about the bottom line and more about human decency. Thanks for reading.

Dude,
Shark fin soup is a violent cruel unsustainable product. Nearly every species of shark are endangered. Using only a very small portion of the animal and discarding the rest is very un-Buddhist. The sharks suffer pain and death, mmmm good eating.

I believe this model was rushed into production with many flawes. The sound is good considering it is a clock radio. The unit will NOT charge all dockable Ipods as claimed. Although it does charge new Ipods, it will NOT charge a 3rd generation Ipod. Therefore, it is not usable with a 3rd generation Ipod. Further, the worst aspect of the design lies with the wake up alarm. There is NO volume adjustment! Once the unit reaches the wake up time, automatically it slowly increase in volume until it reaches the FULL volume! If you hit the snooze alarm, the sound stops and resumes the full volume sequence after the snooze timeout has finished. Good luck if you want to listen to some QUIET music on your day off. And won't you be surprised if you hit the snooze alarm and hop in the shower. You will come out of the shower to find the volume at FULL volume!!! What a joke design! Don't buy the unit until the design has changed!!!

stunning work by the filmaker and the infatigable Bev Harris. What
a treasure she is. If there ever was a case for cloning, I elect her!
The last part with the Florida election official and the on camera vote fraud exercise is priceless. This film is a must see by everyone in America, before it is 100% AmeriKa.

35% ?! You're not even close. Today it costs $2.47 to buy what you got for a dollar in 1980. That's more like 250%

When I got my first real job in 1968, I worked for minimum wage. $2.00/hr at that time.
That works out to $11.72/hr in 2006 dollars for minimum wage.
I worked alongside grown men who were supporting families with stay-at-home wives on that wage.

That year, in the same issue of 'Newsweek' with Kent State, was an ad for a new Monte Carlo for $2,500.

To check for any particular year:
